What the website collects

The FIFO Pay mobile app is local first. Pay rules, roster details, estimates, and manually entered payslip figures stay on the device unless a feature clearly says otherwise.

Website analytics

The website records a small set of first-party events, such as page views and early-access submissions. Analytics events do not accept pay figures, payslip text, names, email addresses, or free-form notes. A random browser identifier may be used to count unique visits.

Early access

If you join early access, the website stores the email address you provide and the form location you used. The address is used for FIFO Pay launch and product updates. It is not added to analytics events.

Optional payslip extraction

A selected payslip image leaves the device only after you start optional AI extraction. The service extracts a draft for you to check and does not use the image as an analytics property. Manual entry remains available.

Operator details

Publisher identity, contact details, retention periods, subprocessors, and production hosting locations are release placeholders until the operator completes the legal release checklist. Do not publish this draft as the final privacy policy.
